What is stored on your device

Your colouring work is saved in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB): the fill and brush steps for each picture, your saved gallery images and their thumbnails, your completion percentages, XP and chapter badges.

Your preferences — language, app icon style, sound, vibration and animation switches — are stored in local storage as well.

Clearing your browser data, or deleting items from the gallery, removes this content permanently. We cannot recover it.

What leaves your device

The line-art pictures, fonts and icons are downloaded from our hosting and font provider when a page loads. Those requests include the usual technical information a web server sees, such as an IP address.

When you press "Listen" on a fact, only that short sentence of text is sent to our speech service to be read aloud. No name, no drawing and no account information is sent with it, and the audio is not kept on our side.

Your drawings are never uploaded automatically. A picture only leaves the device if you choose to export, print or share it yourself.

If you switch on the background music, a single music file is streamed from our hosting while you colour. It plays only on your device, no listening data is collected, and nothing is sent with it.

Children and accounts

You can colour, save and print without creating an account and without giving us a name, email address or age.

We do not show adverts, we do not profile children, and we do not sell any data.
