The Wooden Turtle Shell: The Protective Shield

How did an ancient Egyptian soldier protect himself from flying arrows? By using a strong shield that looked like a giant turtle shell! They made their shields from very sturdy wood, and to make them stronger and prettier, they covered them with tough animal skins like cowhide or even spotted leopard skin. The shield was rectangular at the bottom and a half-circle at the top to cover the soldier's whole body, acting like a moving magic wall keeping him safe from any danger.

If you designed a tough shield to protect yourself, what logo or drawing would you paint right in the middle to terrify your enemies?
