The Flying Hunting Stick: The Boomerang

Have you ever seen a wooden boomerang toy that you throw far into the air, and it flies right back to you like an obedient bird? The Pharaohs used a curved wooden stick that looked exactly like it! It wasn't for big wars, but they used it with great skill on fun hunting trips in the thick Nile swamps. They would throw it hard into the sky to hunt fast ducks and birds flying high up. It was a very clever hunting tool that looked just like a magic trick!
