An Armor of Jewels: The Usekh Collar

The ancient Egyptians absolutely loved colors, so they decorated their white clothes with huge, chunky jewelry! The most famous piece was a wide necklace called the Usekh. Imagine a giant collar that completely covers the chest and shoulders, looking like a magical armor made of thousands of tiny, colorful beads! They used real gemstones, like blue lapis lazuli that matched the sky, red carnelian that looked like fire, and shiny yellow gold as bright as the sun. They wore these heavy necklaces to parties, and they made a sweet, soft rattling sound with every step they took!

If you made your very own Usekh collar, what bright and shiny color would you choose to be the main one?
